The corridor is not a list of countries, it is a basin that behaves as one commercial area. A producer in Slovakia competes for the same contract as a producer in Bulgaria; a cargo from Serbia and a cargo from Moldova reach the same buyer through the same three or four gateways. We work it as one market, from one operating company, to one standard.

Five clusters: the Lower Danube and Black Sea, with Türkiye on the southern shore and the only deep water the basin owns; the Carpathian and Pannonian belt, landlocked, where freight and not geology decides what is sellable; the Western Balkans, outside the EU customs union; the Adriatic and Aegean coastline that lets the rest of the basin reach the Mediterranean; and Poland, adjacent to the basin rather than in it.
