1. Who publishes this website
This website is published by Mining Global Group, an international group for the trading, development and transformation of minerals and industrial materials, operating through a dedicated local company in each country where it works.
First operating company: Mining Global Romania S.R.L., Bucharest, Romania — in formation; registration with the Romanian Trade Register is in progress. Registration details, including registration number and VAT identification, will be published here once assigned.

Company status. Until registration is complete, references on this website to the group's companies describe entities in formation. No statement on this website should be read as a claim that any licence, mining title, permit or concession has been granted to us.
2. Purpose of this website
This website is provided for general information and for preliminary business discussions. It describes how we intend to work with producers, buyers and partners.

7. Anti-fraud and counterparty notice
We contract in our own name and we correspond from addresses ending in @miningglobalgroup.com. We never request advance fees for assays, permits, registration or "procedure" costs, and we do not operate through chains of intermediaries. If you receive an offer, an invoice or payment instructions that claim to come from Mining Global Group and do not match this, treat them as fraudulent and tell us at info@miningglobalgroup.com before acting on them.
