Privacy notice
Last updated: 15 August 2026
This notice explains what happens to personal data when you use this website or write to us. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, ask us at info@miningglobalgroup.com and we will explain it.
The short version. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from third-party servers. We only hold what you choose to send us in the enquiry form or by e-mail, we use it only to answer you, and we never sell or share it for marketing.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Mining Global Group, through its first operating company Mining Global Romania S.R.L. (Bucharest, Romania — in formation, registration with the Romanian Trade Register in progress).
Until that registration is complete, the controller of your data is Angelo Casartelli, acting on behalf of the company in formation. Once the company is registered, it becomes the controller and this notice will be updated to say so.
Contact for any privacy matter: info@miningglobalgroup.com.
2. What we collect, and why
| Data | Where it comes from | Why we hold it |
|---|---|---|
| Name, company, business e-mail, the role you select, and the content of your message | The enquiry form on this site | To read your enquiry and reply to it |
| Anything you include in an e-mail to us | You | To conduct the business correspondence you started |
| Technical server logs — IP address, time of request, browser type | Automatically, at our hosting provider | Security of the site and prevention of abuse |
We ask for business contact details, not personal ones. Please do not send us bank details, payment instruments, identity documents or any special category data through this website — we do not need them at this stage and we do not want to hold them.
3. Legal basis
- Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — when your enquiry concerns a possible commercial relationship.
- Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — the checkbox on the enquiry form. You may withdraw it at any time; that does not affect processing already carried out.
- Our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — in responding to business correspondence and in keeping the website secure.
4. Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website uses no cookies. It runs no analytics or measurement tool, embeds no social media widgets, loads no external fonts, scripts or images, and contains no advertising or profiling technology of any kind. Everything the page needs — including the typefaces — is served from our own domain.
Because no non-essential storage is placed on your device, no consent banner is required and none is shown. This is a deliberate choice, not an omission. The light or dark appearance you choose is held in the page memory for the visit only and is never stored.
5. Who else sees your data
Our hosting and e-mail provider (Hostinger), acting as a processor, stores the website and our mailboxes on our behalf. Where we take professional advice on a matter you have raised, our lawyers or accountants may see the relevant correspondence, bound by professional confidentiality.
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for anyone's marketing, and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area as a matter of course. If a specific enquiry ever required such a transfer, it would be made under the safeguards permitted by Chapter V of the GDPR.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead anywhere: deleted within 24 months of our last exchange.
- Enquiries that become a commercial relationship: kept for the duration of that relationship and afterwards for as long as accounting, tax and anti-money-laundering law requires us to keep the file.
- Server logs: kept for the short technical retention period applied by our hosting provider.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider in a portable form. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@miningglobalgroup.com and we will answer within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to a supervisory authority — in Romania, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), or the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to our mailboxes is protected by strong authentication. We keep the number of people who can see enquiry correspondence to the minimum needed to answer it.
9. Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle data — for example when Mining Global Romania S.R.L. completes its registration, or if we ever introduce a tool that requires cookies — we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not quietly start doing something this notice says we do not do.
