I take material out of the ground
Quarry, mine, processing plant, tailings facility or licensed deposit. You have material and you want a market that pays properly and on time.

Physical minerals. Verified at source. Delivered with certainty.
Mining Global Group LLC is a Delaware holding company. Through its operating companies it explores, extracts, transforms, trades and delivers minerals and industrial materials, with a dedicated local company in each country where the group works. The holding contracts, guarantees and answers to the counterparty; the local company operates on the ground. One accountable name, wherever the material comes from.
Our mission
Minerals do not fail to trade because they do not exist. They fail because nobody credible stands behind them. A producer cannot prove what it has; a buyer cannot verify what it is offered; and between the two sits a chain of intermediaries who forward documents they have never checked.
Mining Global Group exists to occupy that space properly. We put our own name on the contract, we verify the material ourselves before we offer it, and we answer to both sides when something goes wrong. That is not a service we add to trading — it is the whole of what we sell.
What we set out to do, in order: find material that is real, prove it to a standard a bank will accept, structure the transaction so that neither side carries the other's risk, and deliver it. Then do it again, in more countries, with more producers, until a small quarry in the Lower Danube has the same access to a European buyer as a major has.
We grow by adding countries only when verified supply and qualified demand justify a permanent local company — never before, and never on the strength of an introduction.
We do not forward other people's offers. We visit, sample, certify, contract — and then we guarantee.
The model
Mineral trade works when someone credible stands in the middle and answers for both sides. That is our entire business.
Step 01
Quarries, mines and plants — on site, not on the phone.
Step 02
Methodical sampling, accredited assay, capacity checked against records.
Step 03
Written representation with transparent terms.
Step 04
Verified catalog, qualified buyers, bank-grade execution.
A material enters our catalog only with a signed contract, a recent assay on a traceable lot, defined logistics and a priced offer. What does not pass is not traded.
Where to start
Each of these pages sets out what we offer you, what we need from you, and a form built for exactly that conversation. Everything you send reaches us directly.
01 — Producers
Quarry, mine, processing plant, tailings facility or licensed deposit. You have material and you want a market that pays properly and on time.
Tell us what you produce02 — Buyers
Industry, converter, trader or public buyer. You have a specification, a volume and a destination, and you want one verified counterparty instead of a chain.
Send us a specification03 — Traders
Trader, broker or mandated intermediary. You control a cargo or represent a producer in writing, and you want a serious answer quickly.
Bring us your deal04 — Introducers
You own nothing and hold no mandate, but you know the owner, the asset or the deal. Your introduction is registered in writing and your fee is agreed before the first meeting.

The group is directed from its Delaware holding and from four bases across three continents: the United States, Monaco, Romania and the Emirates. Operations run through local companies, wherever the material happens to be — today the Lower Danube, tomorrow wherever a verified flow justifies a permanent presence.
Locations from which the group operates, not registered office addresses. The registered office of the holding company is in Wilmington, Delaware.
What is on this site
Everything below has a page of its own. The opening of each page is public and says what it covers; the detail is served to registered business counterparties, because a competitor reads a website faster than a client does.
A Delaware holding company that contracts, guarantees and answers to the counterparty, with a dedicated operating company in each country where the group works. One accountable name wherever the material comes from, and local people where the material is.
Asset valuation, opportunity discovery, title and jurisdiction verification, counterparty screening, product qualification, offtake structuring, documentary execution and logistics. Most of the value in a mineral deal is decided before a tonne moves.
Seven books: aggregates and construction minerals, industrial minerals, base and ferrous metals, critical and strategic raw materials, refined metals and alloys, industrial chemicals and fertilizer inputs, and secondary sources. Each material shown as it leaves the ground and as it leaves the plant.
Eighteen countries of the Danube, Carpathian and Balkan basin, Türkiye included, read as one commercial area in five clusters — and the ports and river terminals that decide whether a deposit has a market at all.
Ten worked assessments, deliberately without geography, showing how we read an asset, a producer or a proposal: what we check, what we find, the verdict, and where the value turns out to be. Several of them end in a no.
Independent assay and pre-shipment inspection, documentation a bank will accept, sanctions and counterparty screening, export-control classification read on form and purity — and the explicit list of what this group will not do.
What tokenization of real-world assets means when the asset is a physical commodity, why a mining title is the wrong object to tokenize, and where the defensible ground is instead. Technical documentation, and not an offer of anything.
Four ways in, each with its own page and its own form: producers with material to sell, buyers with a specification to fill, traders holding a cargo or a mandate, and introducers who know an opportunity without owning it.
