Sampling
Three sealed samples, one truth
A lot is split under a written protocol into three identical sealed and numbered samples: one for the seller, one for the buyer, one held for the umpire laboratory. If the two assays disagree beyond the contractual splitting limit, the umpire sample decides — and the party whose result is further from it pays for the analysis.

- Where a material or a destination requires an authorisation, we do not move it without one
- Sanctions and ownership screening on every counterparty, refreshed, not filed once
- Origin traceable to a title and a producer, not to a chain of intermediaries
Outside our business
- We do not manufacture, broker or trade weapons, munitions or military equipment
- We do not accept advance fees for assays, permits, registration or "procedure" costs
- We do not trade material that cannot be visited, sampled or traced to a title
- We do not act on instruments that our bank cannot verify on the interbank network
