For introducers & finders

Knowing the right door is a professional contribution

Consultants, engineers, geologists, lawyers, accountants, brokers, executives and companies: if you know of a real opportunity in mining, industrial minerals, critical raw materials or rare earths — a mine or quarry, material already on the ground, a processing plant, a tailings or remediation project, a company considering a sale, a deal looking for the right counterparty — you can bring it to us without a mandate, without a cargo and without a client. Knowing the situation, the person or the possibility is enough to start.

You are not expected to own the opportunity, to represent it, or to have any paper on it. You are expected to know it first-hand — and to tell us honestly how you know it.

01 — Registration

Your introduction is registered in writing

When we accept an introduction, we confirm it back to you in writing, naming the opportunity and the parties you introduced. That registration protects your position with those named parties for twelve months — renewable if the matter is genuinely still moving.

02 — Fee

The fee is agreed before the first meeting

A success or introduction fee, agreed in writing case by case — before we sit down with the party you introduced, not after. It is paid when the operation actually closes and produces results, out of the deal itself. We do not publish rates, because a rate that ignores the deal is not a serious rate.

03 — Protection

Non-circumvention works both ways

We do not go around you to the party you introduced, and you do not go around us to ours. Signed confidentiality and non-circumvention terms are available before you name anyone — ask, and we will send ours or sign yours.

What works with us

  • First-hand knowledge: you know the owner, the asset, the plant or the deal yourself
  • Commercial and industrial opportunities — assets, material, companies, projects, contracts
  • An honest account of how you know it and what has already been tried
  • One introducer per introduction — the person who actually knows the matter
  • Patience: a real fee on a real closing beats a fast promise on nothing

What does not

  • Chains of introducers passing the same opportunity from hand to hand — we deal with the one who knows it
  • Any advance payment, in either direction — ever
  • Fees claimed on introductions that were never registered with us in writing
  • Raising capital or introducing investors — this program is for commercial and industrial opportunities only, not for the placement of securities
  • Opportunities outside mining, industrial minerals, critical raw materials and rare earths

Half of the best opportunities never reach a market. They reach a person. We want that person to have a reason to call us first.

“I know an opportunity”

Tell us what you know

Describe the opportunity without naming the counterparty — names come after confidentiality and non-circumvention are signed. We answer in writing, normally within two working days, and if we take it forward, the first document you receive is the written registration of your introduction.

For example: limestone; copper; graphite; rare earths; mixed tailings — or "not yet assayed"
One line: what makes this the moment — a sale, a license, a deadline, a distressed owner
Anything else

We do not ask for, and you should not send, bank details, payment instruments or personal identity documents through this form. Commercial terms are agreed only in writing, under contract. Everything you send reaches info@miningglobalgroup.com directly.
