Short chains, written mandates, and remuneration honoured.
We trade as a principal and we work with traders who operate the same way. If you control a cargo, hold a written mandate, or represent a producer under terms we can read, bring it: the answer comes back quickly, in writing, and it is a real yes, no or yes-if.
What works with us is a short chain, material documented with a recent assay from an accredited laboratory, and remuneration agreed in writing before the deal moves. What does not work is a chain of circulating paper between parties who never meet, or any request for an advance fee. The full page is explicit about both lists.
