What a counterparty can rely on without having seen the material.
A counterparty who has never seen the material has to rely on something. What we offer is a discipline that can be checked from the outside: independent assay from an accredited laboratory, pre-shipment inspection, documentation a bank will accept, sanctions and counterparty screening before a conversation becomes a file, and export-control classification read on the form and purity of the goods, not on their name.
